Get ready to elevate your flamenco skills this July! We’re thrilled to announce a series of empowering classes that combine stretch, strength and technique. Join Ritmo dancer and NASM CPT Frances Young for a transformative class that will enhance your dance training and increase your flexibility and power.
With her Bachelor of Arts with honours in Dance, and extensive flamenco training from Valerie Scannura at the Quinte Ballet School of Canada and here in Toronto at Ritmo Flamenco where she is currently an advanced dancer, Frances will guide you towards unlocking your full potential as a flamenco dancer by acquiring strength and flexibility in muscle groups that flamenco dancers need.
Finally, join us for an empowering finale of flamenco intensives at the end of the month. led by Artistic Director Valerie Scannura, that will ignite your passion and inspire further growth in dancers of all levels, accompanied by renowned flamenco guitarist Roger Scannura.
