Classes for Beginners this Fall!

Think you’ve got two left feet? Prove yourself wrong with our flamenco classes, for new beginners on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm starting September 12th – November 28th (10 wks) Our expert instructors will teach you the ways of flamenco, no experience necessary. Just bring shoes with a bit of heel and your favourite workout clothes. And the cherry on top? Live flamenco guitar accompaniment by maestro Roger Scannura all for $220. Register now and get ready to dance the night away in our stunning loft studio space in the Stockyards (100 Symes Rd, #201). We have FREE PARKING!

The Introduction to Castanets has a condensed 30-minute format and Monday evening time slot from 6:30-7:00pm. Start date is September 9 and will run for 8 wks. This class is posed to become a highly popular offering this fall! Castanets are available to borrow at the studio or can be purchased for $85 Email vscannura@gmail.com for further inquiries.

For those who have some experience (under 1 year) you can try Beginner 1 Level Flamenco. This class will continue to advance the early student with footwork, rhythms, palmas and an exciting dance called Tangos Flamenco!

Intro to Flamenco this Fall!

Introduction to Flamenco  10 wks    Rumba Flamenca   New students!

This class is for new students with no dance experience or flamenco knowledge.  We will guide you through all the techniques of flamenco dancing in a fun and informative manner alongside live flamenco guitar accompaniment at no extra charge to the student. E TRANSFER TO vscannura@gmail.com

Introduction to Flamenco     ZOOM ONLY     New students

If you have always wanted to learn flamenco dance but can’t attend in person, this is a great chance to dance with me on Zoom!  You just need a space to dance at home, preferably a wood floor and shoes with a bit of heel that fit securely on the foot.  A plank of wood is a great way to protect your floors.

September 14,21,28,Oct 5,19, Nov 2,9,16  (no class Oct 12 or Oct 26)

Registration:  $145

All classes are hybrid except for the Saturday Intro to Flamenco which is just on Zoom.
